Timeline: August 2026-October 2027
The findings emerging from the project “Assessing Participation in General Adult Education” will serve as the core input for this initiative, which will focus on the design of a national awareness campaign. The campaign will aim to familiarize the general population with the importance and benefits of adult education, with a view to increasing participation and fostering more positive attitudes toward it.
The campaign will target all adults, while also addressing specific population groups, including unemployed individuals, people with low qualifications, and socially vulnerable groups. Both the design and implementation of the campaign will be supported by the General Secretariat for Vocational Education, Training and Lifelong Learning, social partners, local government authorities, and civil society organizations.
The campaign will make use of online platforms, local newspapers, radio stations, regional events, social media, and email communication. In addition, the program’s website will provide quarterly updates, including links to opportunities for participation in quality adult education programs.
